Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the DeviceDeck application and website. By downloading or using DeviceDeck, you agree to them.
License
DeviceDeck is free to download and use with its free-tier features. DeviceDeck Pro is an annual subscription ($29/year) that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features for as long as the subscription is active. It renews yearly and can be cancelled at any time — Pro features remain available until the end of the period you've paid for. A single license may be activated on up to two (2) Macs at a time; you can deactivate a Mac from within the app to free a slot. The subscription includes all updates and support while active.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute DeviceDeck or your license key.
- Share, publish, or circumvent license keys or the licensing system.
- Reverse-engineer the app except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
Acceptable use
DeviceDeck mirrors and controls Android devices that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for using it lawfully and only on devices you have permission to operate.
Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, and applicable taxes are handled at checkout. If DeviceDeck Pro doesn't work for you, contact support@lavor.me within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you.
No warranty
DeviceDeck is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or compatible with every device or Android version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
